Stu Matthews in "The Rockin' Chair" at Rock 100.5 The KATT in OKC

Stu Matthews has accumulated diverse credits and experience spanning radio and television broadcasting, live and on-camera acting and hosting, and voiceover and narration, during a career dating back to 1998.

As more of a resident than an employee of the campus station in college, Stu began a journey that would include seven years behind the microphone in commercial radio at Oklahoma City’s KATT-FM and WKY-AM, dozens of commercial acting projects, and hosting for diverse productions encompassing public television pledge drives, promotional and incentive campaigns, and entertainment events. His voiceovers are featured in well over 100 organizational marketing and training materials, including projects recognized by the American Society for Training and Development (now the Association for Talent Development) and the U.S. Department of Defense.

Stu’s enthusiasm for his professional calling is also reflected in a commitment to service, whether PA announcing at football, basketball, and soccer games for local school districts, or performing pro bono for charitable fundraising, educational, and church-affiliated programs. His efforts as creator, executive producer, and host of the online game show Red Fight 'n' Blue combined this passion with dyed-in-the-wool patriotism, as well as overlapping skills as a writer and presenter.

Stu currently resides in Southeast Texas, and is represented by Pastorini-Bosby Talent in Houston—but is ready to go anywhere there’s an audience to be engaged or a message to be delivered.
